With our in-house Telefax Omni Software specifically developed to manage RSS data feeds, we have the opportunity to display real-time data, graphics, images and video. Installation and Support We offer a comprehensive range of installation and support service options. Smaller displays can be free standing, wall mounted, or ceiling hung using brackets supplied with the display suitable for end-user installation. Larger displays can be wall mounted or fitted to floor standing or ceiling hung frameworks. Telefax would arrange installation of your display in conjunction with your facilities staff. For larger displays a site survey will identify any site-specific issues and ensure that the proposed mounting method can adequately support the weight of the display. Warranty and Maintenance We offer a complete after sales service including an initial warranty period and a comprehensive maintenance throughout the life cycle of the display. 12-months manufacturer’s warranty and free on-line support are included for the first year. Extended warranty to cover parts and labour is provided thereafter on an annual fee basis. This covers call-out fees and replacement parts. The Telefax  extended warranty also covers an annual audit and health check for each display. The Telefax Omni Software is supported from day one on an annual support fee that provides access to our on-line software team, software updates and fixes as required.
